Kindle Paperwhite

I recently received a mail package from Steve containing my Kindle Paperwhite! I can't really define how I felt when I held it in my hands. Most of the time, I thought about it even before I went to sleep while the package was still on the way.

The Kindle Paperwhite is very thin and very light. It's satisfaction-guaranteed! It's actually 10 times more convenient as an ebook reader than my iPad 2. I wasn't much impressed with the older version of Kindle gadgets that's why I never desired to have one. I like having a dictionary tool where I can just easily press the words and the definition will appear. This version (Kindle Paperwhite) is the answer to my prayers! I don't think I'll ever read my ebooks on my iPad anymore because of it. The "vocabulary builder" in Paperwhite is very helpful for me to learn more English words. I can't ask for more!

1. I don't like "inun-onan." I can't stand the smell. I'd rather starve than eat it.

2. I love bears. I find them adorable and cute; panda bears, polar bears, grizzly bears. I wish I can hug them in real life but I guess that would be an impossible dream. lol

Guilty Crown

So I just finished this Guilty Crown anime and I don't really have the right words to talk about it. It is rather difficult for me to even properly rate it. I think I'm going to make my husband watch it so that I can share some thoughts with him. I might finally arrive at some sort of conclusion when I hear his opinion.

The only thing I'm certain about is that I love the opening song very much. It's called "My Dearest" by Supercell. Take the time to listen! I'm pretty sure you'll love it 'cuz it's so catchy.

My favorite character in Guilty Crown is none other than Tsutsugami Gai. I'm pretty sure all the girls love him too because he's a good example of a rebellion leader and he always takes action. Not to mention he's the only handsome character in GC.

Stuffing Dinner at TGIFriday's

Club Sandwich for ₱375

I haven't heard of TGIFriday's before but when I went shopping with Ivan for the first time at Centrio Mall, she suggested that restaurant to me. When we were wore out our strength walking around and buying new clothes, I decided to finally take a break for dinner.

I ordered their club sandwich for appetizer which I regret a bit. It was actually delicious but my mistake was that the serving size was so large that we were unable to finish it. I couldn't believe I forgot to realize that the sandwich is a snack and not appetizer. If you want to try and have a snack there, try their club sandwich.

Adobo Ribs for ₱395

I love ribs so I ordered the adobo ribs for my meal. It pretty much tasted just like adobo. Only they used ribs. If anyone of you hasn't heard of adobo, it is a famous Filipino dish simmered with soy sauce and vinegar.

Chocolate Shake for ₱165

Ivan was the one who ordered a chocolate shake for her drink. I tasted it and it was very creamy. I think they put a lot of milk in it.

Liempo TS for ₱375

To compare Liempo TS with my order, I'd say the Liempo TS tastes better. It was juicy and very tender. Ivan let me taste some and I really liked it. I wish it was the one I ordered instead.

Mango Shake for ₱165

Okay! Here is my rant for their mango shake; it was dreadful! I cannot believe anyone would sell a fruit shake without even putting milk in it! I mean really...they just blended mango fruit and sugar and that's just it. With a high price like that? It didn't bring justice to the taste of their mango shake! It was a total rip off! I rather just buy some orbits for only ₱45. It's creamy, cheap, and tasty!
